Everything was great - food, room, spa The young girl at the reception was unfriendly and indifferent, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our car battery died, and we asked her if she knew any repair services or if she could help in any way. She indifferently replied that there are many services in the city and that we should use Google Maps. The problem is that many people don't speak English, and it was very difficult to find help.

The location was great!! Nearby the castle and nice restaurants. The apartment was really big and clean 💖 the restaurant downstairs was amazing!! Really nice food, amazing deserts!! Certainly want to come back!! The breakfast was also high quality. Everything was great 😊

A nice location, quiet and near the castle. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was also very nice.

The young man at the reception (I forgot to ask his name) is excellent! He went out of his ways to help us with the directions for the bus and even gave us a free daily bus pass to travel through the Bohemian Switzerland. He also gave us tips about the Bohemian Switzerland showing photos and explainingeach spot. We regret staying only one night in this city. This hotel is very close to the train/bus station. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipments are proper and functional, and people just awesome. I recommend with eyes closed.

Beautiful spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms. Was clean and tidy and felt like home. Located close to parks and walking trails. The host Joseph was very helpful and kind. Accomodating to flexible check in/check out and even picked us up from the train station when we arrived and took us to get groceries on the way which was so helpful! I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location, 20 minutes walk from main Train station, supermarket 3 minutes walk, apartment is big, fully renovated, brand new appliances, perfect stay.

It is a beautiful apartment in the Old Town of Decin. It is on opposite site of the river Elbe from the Train or Bus Station. Near apartment there is a bus stop for city buses.
