We quickly found the place, got the keys at the entrance at a convenient time for us, checked in. The room was cozy and clean, everything was new, you could see that women are engaged, because there is a lot of women's hands and energy. Good shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV, kettle. There was water, tea and coffee. The heating was working. The bed was big and comfortable, the view from the window was beautiful. When you have sex you can't hear your neighbors very much :) good sound insulation. In general, the price corresponds to the quality!

The hotel was such a lovely place to stay - the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious (excellent coffee, too), very handy for exploring the town. The shower was excellent, and the mattress extremely comfortable. Our dinner in the brewery restaurant was very well prepared, the beer was extremely good.

The apartment was nicely decorated and generally well presented, and it offered good value for money. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions by text as expected, so I had to call the owner a couple of times to get the necessary information. Clear and timely communication before arrival would have made the check-in process much smoother and less stressful. The apartment could also have been cleaned more thoroughly. While it was generally acceptable, a little more attention to detail would have made a noticeable difference. Some small touches, such as ensuring everything is spotless and properly prepared before guests arrive, would improve the overall experience. There was also no personal touch or welcome note. Even something simple, such as a short welcome message, a few recommendations for the area, or basic information about the apartment, would make guests feel more welcome and valued. Overall, the apartment itself was nicely done but economical, the experience could be significantly improved with better communication, more thorough cleaning, and a few thoughtful touches for guests.
