GermanyI had a fantastic stay at this Ferienwohnung near the beach in Rostock! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the shoreline, making it ideal for morning strolls and relaxing evenings by the sea.
The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — everything from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The balcony (or terrace, if there was one) was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying coffee with nature breeze!
The area was peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of Rostock’s coastal charm. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside retreat!

Friendly and helpful staff, facilities such as kettle, water and safe box, big tv, clean and presentable room, coffee machine and simple games at the reception, bike rental for free. Near to the pier where one can relax and watch sunset, great amenities like 2x supermarkets, departmental store and eateries within 100m. Free parking if u are driving. There are so many good reasons to stay in arthotel...u will never regret it.

We stayed here for three nights to relax before making the final leg home. And relaxed we did. (This is a perfect place for that) Awesome breakfast. Great restaurant and bar. (Not forgetting the nice staff) Add to that a decently large garage, all located in the center of Rostock. This was neither the first nor the last time we were here.

Nice accommodation with good rooms for a larger family of 9 people. The girl in guest service was very nice. We arrived late and it was great to collect the keys from boxes outside.

Efficient reception and excellent bike storage. Old building, in parts dating back 800 years. Its Hansa facade survived WW2 bombing. It wss a privilege to stay in such a building. The good breakfast was served at our table. Eggs cooked to order, guaranteed freshness.

It was decent accommodation for one night: no receptionist but a coded entrance, which I do not like but it was manageable. It has no atmosphere, but it served its purpose; it was quiet and you can get a good rest.

The reception staff were lovely. Superfriendly and efficient check in, I liked that it was not necessary to check out.
The rooms are functional rather than cosy but they are new and clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are more than sufficient for a short stay and the hotel itself is clearly only designed for people who pass through the city in a day or two rather than holidaymakers.
