The garden is such an amazing work of art. The history of how the original owners transformed the property into a beautiful paradise, is incredible. Coming this time of year was also perfect because of all the flowers. Just stunning. The hotel is also so special with all the Japanese artefacts. We will definitely return. Offering free coffee all day is a nice touch, too.

Most of my stays are above average (8+) and use hotels, but in this case I made a different choice and what a excellent choice that was. It's at the end all about Erik the owner because he build this B&B, he made the choice for the design of the rooms and bathrooms, the bed (matras, pillow) the "cuisine" breakfast chef (yes it's Erik again) and open, warm and respectful sharing of life experiences. The downside of this all? There is a big one, only for me, not you or Erik. As I am doing this 10/10 referral (also on Google with a BIG group of followers) I know that it will be more challenging to book a room again. Thanks again Erik and hope to see you soon again!

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the train station and centrally located in the city. It was easy to find the apartment and access was as described and very easy. The space was more than adequate for a single traveller. I was in the town to visit the local parkrun at Fuglsang Sø which was a lovely run/walk away. It was easy to find good food a short walk from the apartment.

Recently renovated and therefore in really good condition. Ideally situated for us in a quiet location approx 30min walk from mch arena where we attended an event and an even shorter distance from the centre of herning. There was good communication and facilitation by the host leading up to and during our stay.
