Beautiful, charming chalets in a safe, charming mountain town. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. Outside doesn't look like the inside so we thought we were lost despite being literally outside the front door so trust your nav...you're there. We arrived late so, our fault not theirs. Hosts are wonderful and helpful, secure parking right outside your door and the chalets look brand new and are very comfortable. A convenient stroll to everything in this beautiful town. Breakfast was delicious.

Marco was a wonderful host. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff went the extra mile We were on a bus with 4 teenagers and realized we would be arriving right about 10 pm and all the restaurants would be closed I sent acwhatsapp message to hotel and they forwarded a pizza menu from a nearby restaurant We chose two and they ordered them for us When we arrived at hotel with 4 hungry boys they sat us down in the breakfast room and gave us free beverages and then two delicious pizzas arrived The next morning we had a good breakfast but best of all the gentleman at the desk gave us great information about the local dunes We had originally booked the hotel for the train experience but the train trip was cancelled but at his suggestion went to the dunes with a transport for six that he arranged There we rented horses for our boys and then dune buggies The boys loved it All in all an exceptional hotel Prices a little high for Ecuador but sometimes you get what you pay for

It is situated in nature. The architecture is nice with beautiful green spaces and a pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast that is normally at 8 am was changed for us at 7 am because we had to leave earlier. Also they gave us another blanket to sleep cause it was cold at night.
