Very cozy place, I loved to seat by the fireplace and the group set up for the meals. We could get to know the other people staying there. Saul and his family were great hosts, my boyfriend was struggling with altitude sickness and they did everything they could to help. We were the first guests arriving so we even got to choose the room we were staying. Overall we had a great experience.

Highly accessible from the Panamericana, this place offers amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (many people stop here on their way up or down the Cotopaxi as the restaurant is renown all-around for its great food). Our host Fernando made sure we had everything covered and organized daily tours to any destinations (Illinizas, Cotopaxi Park etc.) with his guides. We loved everything about this place, it was the best accommodation we had in our whole trip around Ecuador, from the location to the staff, the room, the surroundings, it was all absolutely lovely, can't recommend enough.
