We arrived in Benasque during a big power outage. We were unaware of this because we had been hiking in a national park and drove to Benasque directly after the walk. We were surprised to find all the shops and restaurants in Benasque were closed and wondered if we had missed a national holiday. When nobody answered the doorbell, we thought we might have been too early, but after a few minutes, the host approached us and explained that the whole of Spain, Portugal and part of France had suffered a power outage for a few hours. She led us to the apartment, which was very spacious, with a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. It was a shame we couldn't actually use these because of the power outage, but that's no fault of the host, of course. All in, a highly recommended accommodation.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The man is a lovely host and a gentleman. The apartment has everything you could need. I have read other reviews that are critical of facilities. You have to realise that you get what you pay for and for what you pay for, this accommodation is excellent.

We loved everything about our stay! The location is peaceful and perfect for driving to Benasque and Cerler. It’s warm and cozy, and the food is absolutely incredible—definitely worth trying their menu; they truly deserve a Michelin star! The hosts are wonderful! p.s. at night you can see a sky full of stars.
