Very friendly people. Our bicycles were safely parked in a bicycle garage. Nice and very clean room and bathroom. There is a cafeteria where they have very good coffee. And some sandwiches or sweets to eat. There is a supermarket nearby.

We booked this after making a last-minute decision. We were exhausted after exploring the national parks and decided to slow down and relax for a couple of days. It turned out to be exactly what we needed. The house is amazing-warm, welcoming, and incredibly cozy. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would happily come back again!

Delightful surprise! Behind a traditional facade the building has been transformed into an oasis of comfort and tranquility. Our room was large , well-decorated,quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location and all the local points of interest where within easy walking distance. We were checked in with a smile, and given directions to park our car for free. The room was lovely and the bed super comfy. A good choice from the buffet breakfast, in addition you could order eggs. Great little pool and sun loungers out the back.

Hotel Carmen Boutique is a four stars acommodation that blends a historical 19th-century building with contemporary minimalist design.

Everything was so perfect, little town itself is like from the movie, and Palacio from the 16th century is amazingly great. Photos do not show how stunning it is... the best place we've stayed in in years...

Susana's apartment is centrally located right behind Cuenca Cathedral. It has been newly renovated, very comfortable, and quiet at night. Susana welcomed us in person and explained in detail how to use all the facilities in the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment, which is very convenient for visiting all the attractions in Cuenca.
