The property was very clean and very well presented. My room was spacious, very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable

Hotel is new and nice however the staff was a disappointment. In the middle of solving an issue with the receptionist, he left to check something and he never came back. Later he just said “sorry, not possible”. This is not how you’d expect hotel staff’s behavior. The hotel is new, but it doesn’t come with services. The neighborhood of the hotel is also kind of disturbing, constructions of big blocks around. Overall feeling - definitely not to be repeated.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location with bars, restaurants, beaches and the train station all within walking distance.

Beautiful location, fabulous building and rooms, amazing food. Manuel and his colleagues couldn't do enough to help us, particularly with our very bad grasp of Spanish. We even witnessed Spain beating France to go through to the Euro Finals on Sunday (hopefully against us). We will be back!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The staff were very polite and atentive.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful with our requests. It was walking distance from 3 beaches and central streets with shops and restaurants.

From the start we liked the hotel. Absolutely amazing staff at the hotel. Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed walking to the center through the town. Fantastic mountain view from the windows and balcony. Very clean. We booked for one night initially, but in the end stayed for 3 nights.

The view is amazing and the staff are lovely.

Location was great. I requested a lower bunk and got it.

Lovely and clean, very comfortable and service was great, reception booked us a taxi to town and we had a beer while we waited.

What a cozy place! An old villa with its own authentic atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. In our apartment, there was an unexpected bonus-a kitchen equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, coffee machine, and utensils. I would like to thank the incredibly kind staff! Everyone was eager to help, give advice, and make our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent-right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach. And the breakfasts in the café downstairs are simply amazing! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

In summary we enjoyed our two week stay so much we are already trying to book for longer next year. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location excellent, the host very helpful. Llanes is a great place to linger longer. The apartment has everything you will need.

Beautiful harbour view from a lovely location, comfortable apartment with a most helpful host in a village with plenty of amenities. Highly recommended.

Excellent location across the square from the Romanesque cathedral and a ruined palace and castle, close to a beach and a large car park. The main street is a stone's throw away.

The location was perfect. Five minutes walk, if that to the heart of the town, but a very quiet location. The view from the windows was great. Communication with the host was great. Responses were always very quick and helpful.

Facilities were excellent, hosts were extremely helpful and location was great.

The apartment was very close to the centre of town and had all the facilities we needed for our 4 night stay. Just a short walk to the local beaches.
