This hotel has it all , from location , to friendly staff , exceptionally clean and rooms very comfortable. Cosy beds and a wonderful rainfall shower . The pool area on the 6th floor was great with a gym , pool , sauna and Turkish bath . In the lobby area 'the.green zone' offered snacks and refreshments and a chill out area .

The property is beyond special. The accommodation is nice, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are stunningly beautiful, there are so many things to discover. Very helpful and kind staff. Undoubtedly a worthwhile experience. We will go back for sure!

Luggage storage before and after check-in is available at reception. Location close to the bus station (350 m), a well-stocked supermarket (280 m), 400 m to Plaça de s'Esplanada. Free use of the mini-spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas) at the Artiem Hotel, a few dozen meters from the entrance to the apartments. A very well-equipped kitchenette, a large, comfortable table, and worktops. Quiet room (at a last floor, overlooking the interior courtyard). Very helpful staff – they quickly responded to my complaint about a non-functioning hotplate (due to a blown fuse). They recommended an affordable car rental from a company partnering with the Artiem Hotel. After check-out, upon request, they took care of my forgotten food kit and stored it in the reception refrigerator until baggage claim. I received answers to all my questions through booking.com message system, although with a delay of several days. A nice surprise upon arrival, including drinking water in a large glass bottle.

What a wonderful, boutique property this is! I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the personalised service, to the fabulous decor and facilities, the property was amazing. Also, so very close to the town centre, shopping, bars and restaurants and the port. All round, an amazing place to stay.

Such a beautiful and special place to stay in Mahón. I was travelling alone and absolutely loved my stay here. The room was gorgeous - very stylish, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The whole hotel is full of beautiful design, thoughtful details, and so much character. Despite being a boutique hotel, it has a wonderfully intimate and homely atmosphere - it almost feels as though you are staying in your own beautiful house rather than in a hotel. It was also very peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. Everything felt carefully considered, yet effortless and welcoming. A truly charming little hotel with a lot of personality. I would absolutely stay here again. ❤️

Extremelyyyy clean, and I am a germaphobe so I know what clean is. First hotel in years to feel like I can lie comfortably in bed. Hotel really pretty too and very central in Mahon. Very large rooms. Would come again.

Lovely spacious apartment with great balcony facing the garden with evening sun. Staff were really helpful and showed us a map of the area and told us the easiest way to access the port, the town and Supermarket. The shower is simple to use with immediate hot water and there is a hairdryer and enough kitchen utilities to do the basics we wanted for the week. We did not avail of the breakfast.We had a slight issue with the bedroom window and this was attended to as soon as we reported it by a very kind repair man with great English (our Spanish is limited!). We really enjoyed our stay.
