They provided free Christmas dinner to us! What a amazing hotel 😄

The location is great, not far from bus stop or supermarket. The surrounding is beautiful with forest and lake. The lobby and staff is friendly.The breakfast is delicious.

Spacious, warm and nice house. Great view on the lake. If you are in luck, you can even enjoy Auroras through the windows. Sauna will warm you if you will freeze during your endeavors.

Such a beautiful and serene location. Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by trees and covered in snow. The facilities in the cabin were great - all the things we needed to make our own food (and coffee) and the wee porch was perfect for sitting on with a coffee and watching the snow fall. The bathroom floor was heated which was a nice little surprise. The beds were cosy and the wifi was great. The discounted buffet brekkie at the hotel was also a nice little extra.

The location is kind of far from everything, and we hoped it would help us see the northern lights. In good conditions, I truly believe it is possible. We couldn't get them in the short time we had there. The place itself is huge. it can also handle a very big family and has a private parking spot for each cabin The view around is breathtaking, and with a car it is very easy to go to any activity in northern Lapland

Our stay was truly incredible. The chalet is a beautiful and cozy place that completely took our breath away and gave us memories we will cherish forever. We spent two absolutely unforgettable days there-without a doubt some of the most beautiful moments we have shared together. As a truly magical gift, we were also fortunate enough to witness the Northern Lights, an experience we will never forget. We are certain this will not be our last visit. We would love to return in the future. This was our second time in Finland, and we have completely fallen in love with the country. Chalet Luokta now holds a very special place in our hearts. It was a very nice and modern house! We all enjoyed fully of stay there! We had more than we expected! House was very warm and there was also warmed floor, great when the temperatures outside was -24/-29 C! :)

A perfect winter getaway. From the Sauna to the fireplace and Aurora right at your doorstep. Katja and Marko will make it a wonderful stay. Everything is provided for in this quiet and peaceful house. You can enjoy snowball fights and northern lights. It is clean and everything is working as advertised.
