If you're searching for an authentic (but still very comfy) fijian homestay, Sarah and Sam are the greatest hosts you could hope for. They were always looking after me, driving me around the island and helping with activities. You become part of the family and enjoy their friendliness around Mary's fantastic cooked diners. The room was also much better than I had anticipated with ensuite bathroom, fan and AC. Taveuni was the showstopper of my trip and Aeroview made it even more special. Thank you again to Sarah and Sam. Vinaka! I'll bring my family along with me next time!

If you think about Homestay experience, this is the perfect place ! Sarah and Sam are absolutely amazing! More than helpful, really kind and mindful! Thank you for your kindness and knowledge! Home is close to the airport and a bus stop. Sarah and Sam have really good tips on how to visit the island and will adapt to your way of traveling:) The food is absolutely great, and I garanty, you won't leave the table hungry ;) The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a newly added AC ! Everything about Lomani is wonderful! From the grounds, breakfast, the location on the NW coast of beautiful Taveuni, the lovely villa, gorgeous pool, comfy bed, full separate kitchen, app based TV, and most of all the views! There is a local scuba shop walking distance away (also kayaks and snorkel access), and the on-site managers Knox and Kelera were awesome. Would definitely come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at JayDees, the people living here are the kindest people we ever met, they are alwaysg happy to help you and provide very good advices to travel around the beautiful island of Taveuni. The food was just amazing and always varied, local and in good quantities. We loved the music played during our meals, the coconuts and papaya provided everyday from the garden. We were sad to say goodbye to them.

The Host family was very welcoming and made us feel that we are part of their family as well. Eparama and his son took us to all the tourist attractions and chauffeured my family all around the island. Mili and Aunty made the best breakfast from the presentation, homegrown fruits and freshly made pancakes... it fueled us up for the whole day. Uncle told us many stories of the olden times and the traditions of the island. Our time with the family will be cherish for many years to come.
