We had an excellent stay at La Fauconnière. The room was spotlessly clean, every little detail was thought through, everything we needed could be found in the room. There is enough room for children to play outside. Amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Sancerre. There was a great selection of homemade honey and jams for breakfast and the best coffee I have had in France so far, made with locally roasted beans. The beds and the room were very comfortable. The attention to detail throughout and the very warm welcome from Frederique made it a pleasure to stay here.

What a delightful B&B! Just 10 minutes from Sancerre, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Elizabeth is a wonderful superhost—warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of delicious local and homemade products. We highly recommend this place!

Very clean and comfortable room with very big bed. Really friendly and welcoming host. Also a great swimming pool, but unfortunately we had no time to enjoy it.
