Nice decoration and nice staff

The receptionist was very polite and professional. The area is beautiful and quiet as it is very safe .

It's our third time we have stayed here. Staff were happy and friendly. The food was really really good.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is set in lovely grounds, with easy parking, a great restaurant and a lovely pool. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a really nice verandah where we loved sitting. The bed was super comfortable, all in all was a great stay.

Extrem friendly and helpful, no extra charge for child

Louis was a fantastic host. He made sure everything was taken care of. When we arrived, he gave us the name of local restaurants we could eat at and gave us a really nice breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend!

Perfect stop in the middle of a road trip. Clean and comfortable. A big thanks to the night receptionist that has been very friendly, polite and nice reaming the most professional and helpful. It's rare nowadays to see such a professionality but still warm and welcoming approach. Thank a lot.

We highly recommend Hotel F1 the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There are lots of communal showers and toilets, very clean and spacious. We had a room with a shower and toilet and this was excellent ( Cabrio room ) They serve breakfast hot drinks, breads with cheese jam etc and cake. Nice cafe area with tables and chairs. There is a microwave for guests to use and we heated some ready meals. There is a vending machine with a selection of chocolate and cold drinks, crisps and a chicken curry ready meal which was very nice. Huge car park with several charging points for electric vehicles. It is quite a secure area with cameras and the gate is closed at night. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel. We would stay again. Thanks.

Lift to the car park, could enter the car park straight away. Walking access to the station.

The apartment was in a very central location. Everything was in walking distance (Perpignan is not a large town anyway). The flat has a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area and 2 separate bedrooms, which is very convenient for a family with older kids. All rooms have large windows. There is enough space for storage. The kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was working well. The bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine (we didn't use it though). Hosts provided instructions for check in and various suggestions for sightseeing, restaurant and shops well in advance of our trip which helped plan our holiday. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, mini-markets and shops around.

Very comfortable space with lots of amenities and games etc in the room, perfect to relax after exploring the town. It’s in an ideal location to look around the old town, making it great value.

The apartment was clean and warm, very interesting with a mezanin, furnished with modern facilities. Carol was very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of information about everything. A big plus is the parking garage near the apartment. Highly recommend.

It was the perfect base for exploring the area, with trips to Collioure, Villefranche-de-Conflent and Narbonne during our visit. Beatrice and Gharib were excellent hosts—very easy to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The studio is located on the third floor, but we appreciated the added privacy and quietness this provided. The apartment had everything we needed, including reliable Wi-Fi and a washing machine, which was a great help during our stay. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, making it an ideal location for visitors to Perpignan. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in the city. It was fantastic value for money.

A fantastic spacious apt in the heart of the historic centre. Quiet, super clean and airy, even a little balcony. Very reasonably priced.
