Le Simone is a work of art. Beautiful bathroom, good kitchen and comfortable bed. We appreciated the welcome bonbons , coffee pods and bottled water. Excellent location in the middle of the old town near countless restaurants. Easy walk up from the train station.

It all started with a remarkable front desk (don't remember.the name of the wonderful person at the front desk, sorry) that quickly arranged the best room possible although we had made a mistake with the date. The place is unique, homely and inviting. Refurbished with lots of good taste . We just loved it!!

An amazing, atmospheric property in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Owner Marion was welcoming and extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and attractions. We consider ourselves very lucky to have discovered this real gem.

Ancient building full of character. Apartment is on the top floor but we managed the stairs just fine. We are a family and it was just perfect for us as lots of space to be alone or be together. Accommodation was spotlessly clean & breakfast was lovely. All in all a great place to stay to visit Rennes. Host was very pleasant, helpful & professional so would recommend this apartment highly so much so that we plan to stay here again . Many thanks

Given the options in this small French town, this certainly stands out as one of the best hotel accommodations in the area. From the cute lobby bar to the free spa hour for hotel guests, it is perfect for the traveler on business. Looking for a little bit of r&r after a day's work. I would highly recommend this location to anyone returning to or staying for the first time at Rennes.

I stayed in an ensuite room in the hotel while waiting to be able to get into my student accommodation, and I really enjoyed my stay here. It was really conveniently located near the centre of the town and was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

The accommodation was value for money. It was perfect for our quick trip and one night stay in rennes. It is about 40 min walk to the downtown area via the beautiful canal, so was not that bad.
