Accommodation in Rouvroy

The staff were fantastic- extremely friendly, informative and helpful. We arrived in the early morning and appreciated that the room was clean, set up with the kids beds and that check out the next morning was at 12. We were also able to have a good value mini breakfast after breakfast had finished for the morning. The mini play area and table football in the reception area kept the kids occupied while we were waiting. Excellent value for money on a stopover on our way back from holidays.

Breakfast was adequate and the meals we ate in the restaurant were very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.

Salvatrice was a delightful host – friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and spotless with a huge bathroom. A delightful garden and breakfast. The interior is reflective of her personal taste, quirky and designed with love.

Perfect for an overnight relaxing stay

We were welcomed by the lovely Sylvia upon arrival. My partner is a wheelchair user and has certain requirements. In real life everything matches the photos that are displayed on the info page. Absolutely perfect, so very clean and a lovely basket of welcoming goodies. There’s a wet room with grab rails and plenty of space to turn 360 degrees in the main room. Fluffy clean towels were offered, a fantastic hairdryer, and fan. Well equipped kitchen with an induction hob and microwave, plus usual kettle, toaster etc plus a coffee maker. Very welcome, the fridge had an ice box (which housed ice cream for us in the random heat wave). Everything was thought of, bedside lamps with usb and usb c charger points for phones and tv (all French channels) but bring a hdmi cable and a laptop/tablet in conjunction with free WiFi you can watch tv programmes from your home country. So quiet, loved having breakfast with the sliding doors open looking at the lush garden. A stunning peony bush was opposite and in full bloom. The site is very secure, with a gated perimeter and issued remote clicker to open/close the gate. A perfect stay and we will be back. Thank you, Michael & Nick x

Apartment is located in a quiet village just outside of Vimy. It's spacious and clean, you can park your car inside. Bedroom is in located in lower floor and therefore cool, which is great for this hot weather.

A very nice spa to stay at when visiting northern France. Great and clean facilities.
