BelgiumThis hotel is ideally located to explore the centre of Troyes on foot, and there is sufficient parking space if you come by car. We would like to extend our special thanks to Sébastien, who helped us with everything and gave us the warmest welcome imaginable. Staff at reception and at the bar were also extremely professional. Our bedroom was not only very spacious but also very well-appointed, with a huge and very comfortable bed. We loved the bar (dim lighting, plenty of space between tables, an enormous selection of cocktails and other drinks), and the breakfast was very good too!

A great warm welcome and instructions on arrival from Jennifer. Outstanding Art Deco accommodation, good size, fantastic breakfast. Walking distance to the main town and restaurants. Beautiful city.
So good we stayed twice - there and back from our south of France holiday .

We’ve had great stay at the apartment. It was spotless clean, comfortably arranged, inside you can find everything what’s needed during the holidays. There is a parking spot assigned to the apartment, placed conveniently in front of the building’s entrance. What’s more, apartment is tastefully decorated, the surrounding is interesting and in the walking distance to the old city centre. We can highly recommend

We have stayed here on return from skiing holidays several times, but since its renovation last year, the Mercure is outstanding. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was extremely spacious and well appointed with coffee machine, sofa, bathroom with bath and Nuxe toiletries. The buffet breakfast was varied with hot and cold options. We will always choose the Mercure when staying in Troyes. Highly recommend it.

One of the best B&B Hotels I've stayed in. The accommodation is basic, and the hotel is ideal for a stopover and not a holiday, but it is nonetheless very well organized, with some particularly good common areas to eat, play games, watch TV, whatever. The staff were very helpful, lending us cutlery for our dinner. There is plenty of safe parking, closed at night for security.
