What an excellent overnight stay. Just a shame we could not stay longer. Our lovely host was perfect and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. Her recommendation for an evening meal in Vertus was spot on. The breakfast in the morning was worth every penny, just because it included the best croissant I have ever had! In the morning, we took the optional tour of the winery. Was that a good experience? Of course it was!

Julie renovated her grand dad's house and a high spec yet traditional flat. It used to be where their vendageurs stayed. Outside looks like a simple typical house in the region. The car parking is large and gated. The stairs to the the flat (10 steps?) is a beautiful oak wood. Open plan kitchen and living room with two windows, very bright and airy. Separate bedroom with its own bright window overlooking Julie's vineyard, Walk-in shower, separate loo, all comfortable and a lot of space. Very well equipped kitchen, can live there for a week or more. walk 5 mins to the butcher/charcuterie or the boulangerie. And Julie's place has soul and personality, it's new but you can feel history. It's a very good place and I will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was well thought out, and we were especially delighted to find a bottle of Blanc de Blancs champagne in the fridge, kindly prepared by the owner. It was such a cozy experience to light the fireplace and enjoy the champagne in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay—there are plenty of dishes, an oven, fridge, microwave, and everything else you might need. When we arrived, the weather was chilly, but we quickly turned on the heating, and the house warmed up nicely. We also enjoyed using the fireplace. There’s a lovely yard where you can dine outdoors when the weather is nice, and parking inside the property is very convenient. The location is great—just 10 kilometers from Épernay and about 30–40 minutes by car to Reims. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Off road parking in a gorgeous champagne village. The hotel is perfect location 20 minutes off motorway on way back to UK. The restaurant meal was above and beyond anything we expected and was great value for money. Rooms lovely and modern and great bathroom - would definitely stay again

Nice hotel with helpful staff. The modern decor was not to my taste (my wife liked it) but it was clean and functional. Nice modern bathroom. Secure off-street parking. The in-house restaurant Terre de Craie was excellent. A limited choice given our off-season January stay with few guests, but the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Madame R was simply a delightful host who was extremely accommodating in every aspect of our stay — from arrival, breakfast, and pool. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. The breakfast was an abundant continental spread including eggs, baton, and croissant. She even made hot chocolate for several of my family members.

Rooms were very nicely decorated. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Breakfast in the hotel is very varied and has plenty of choice. We had a very nice stay in this hotel and will definately come back.

Very fresh and new hotel, it was very nice overall and a great stay for the money. The bar was quiet and nice too. Very nice staff, helpful. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff - Aurore manages the administration for the champagne house and the accommodations. Yet she found time to make reservation at a nearby restaurant for our dinner. Convenient and secure parking in the gated grounds of the accommodation. Room - ample and clean for family of 4.

Very nice, comfortable accommodation in the Champagne Côte des Blancs area in an old pleasant village. Excellent breakfast with fresh local products. Jaqueline, the manager, offered us an exquisite tasting of their products. She was very considerate of our requests.

Stayed for a couple of nights while travelling through Champagne region. Really good hotel in a small village. Clean bright newly refurbished rooms. Good breakfast. Parking for guests.
