I had an outstanding experience at this hotel in Accra. During my stay, I accidentally left my mobile phone in my room after checking out. The hotel staff immediately took the situation seriously and went above and beyond to help me recover it. From the front desk team to the management, everyone was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. They kept me informed throughout the process and made every effort to ensure my phone was safely returned to me. In today's world, finding such honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused people is rare. Their integrity and dedication gave me complete peace of mind, and I am truly grateful for their support. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent facilities and service but also for the honesty and kindness of its staff. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Accra.

Good location and great facilities

Excellent boutique apartment at an excellent price. The apartment has literally everything you could need, including its own washing machine, spacious room and views of the city. It's in a safe area and downstairs is a good cheap Waakye eatery. Very cool rooftop pool and bar.

I love the Ariel view and roof top bar.

The staff are lovely, and very welcoming, this is the best experience I have ever experience when i came to Ghana

Perfect for the money. Get into the breakfast early as they seem to run out closer to the end. Cee cee at the bar is a legend.

Friendly helpfull staff, good value for money

Saying the staff were amazing is an understatement. Ernest and Lord did a fantastic job in helping us feel welcome. Especially Ernest, he was so amazing. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond to help customers the way that Ernest did. Ernest went far beyond what would be considered his job description and became more like a friend. Our hearts are full of gratitude.

There were fewer options but the food was tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was airy with working air- conditioning. Clean bathroom. The Gym facility is great. Meets European standards.

The host waited to hand over the key and took us on a short tour of the apartment. It was indeed a great place to stay.
