There were a number of issues with the accommodation when we first arrived. Ismaila was an excellent host who went out of his way to address issues. He was polite, responsive & had alovely temperament & attitude. We recommend this apartment and would return.

Lovely little and private hotel. Great bed with mosquito net, solid and well equipped kitchen and bath room. Super friendly staff from reception to the security, cleaning and kitchen staff. Very nice restaurant both for lunch and dinner. Good breakfast every morning. Pool is clean and and the garden surrounding is very beautiful and maintained. Family friendly hotel and value for money.

This hotel is a real gem, the rooms are superb and are cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable and you have aircon that really does work. The breakfasts were one of the best I had during countless stays in Gambia and will match the likes of some of the other larger hotels with a simular namesake. The airy dinning rooms are decorated impeccably and the food quality and presentation was stunning. The overriding feature at this hotel is the customer service given by all members of staff, you will not come away disappointed. You are looked after in all aspects and the management team work together to support staff and there customers. This hotel was an accidental find but I will gladly return again and again.

We spent four nights here. George and Lydie are great, they are true to their motto of enjoying welcoming their guests and being low key. They made us feel very relaxed and at home with their open and friendly manner. They showed us their favourite restaurants and told us a lot about their experiences of the country and its people. Thank you both very much for your open hearts. We really felt safe and at home in the apartment, the bed was great and we loved the pool :-) The staff were very helpful and friendly and the driver they work with is a real gem. He accompanied us on several trips and was interesting, polite, professional and could tell us a lot about his country. A big thank you to you, Fabakary. You made our stay very special. We can warmly recommend staying here.

I loved the room, the service and the location. The food was good, but I like a little variety so I didnt have it for more than a night (was there for 5 nights). All in all, the hotel was presidential and worth every dollar I spent, plus more. I strongly recommend it.

Friendliness and professionalism. Always at hand to help. Guests are given options on what they want for breakfast. The staff respects your privacy, and they help in every way possible . It's a family place away from home.

Ola was very responsive to messages, so it was a smooth check-in. She was a real sweetheart who made us feel really comfortable and welcome. It's the perfect budget stay in the area, huge comfortable bed, very clean, hot water, cooking facilities, which was a huge bonus and complimentary coffee/tea etc. There is a small outdoor area which is a bonus too. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked :) highly recommend!
