The apartment has high ceilings and a mezzanine level with a bed and a dressing table. On the lower floor, there’s a lovely small kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The balcony is spacious enough for 2–3 people to sit and enjoy a drink. It’s located right next to a lively street full of cafés and restaurants, yet the noise never bothered us. The building itself has a nostalgic charm. The best part was definitely the breakfast — with the breakfast coupons, you can order anything up to the coupon’s value at the café just around the corner, and the amount easily covers even the most expensive breakfast options on the menu. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose it again!

The location of the hotel was great, it is possible to reach city center by public transport, and it is near to Airport too. Our apartment/ room was located in a lush garden, in a well maintained and beautiful area. The room was spotless, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was rich and great selection.

The house is set in a beautiful garden with plenty of parking spaces. The views of the Bay of Gera are lovely. There is a very calm resident dog. The property is all on one floor with everything you could want - excellent TV, Wi-Fi, air-con, hot water (you have to switch it on and off on the fuse board). It’s very convenient for Mytilene or the Therma Spa but you feel as if you are deep in the countryside it’s so peaceful.

Antonia was a superb host. It is a brand new house and nicely located not far from Mytilini town and in a very wild nature with olive trees surrounding and stunning Gera bay view.

We stayed here for one week as a family and had a wonderful experience. The villa was very new, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was maintained daily, and the fresh forest air made the stay very relaxing. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of both the sea and Mytilene city while having your coffee. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
