Accommodation in Asprovalta

The staff was so friendly and helpful ! The receptionist super kind, helpful, and understanding for when I overslept the check out . Whoops , sorry ! The cleaning ladies super nice . The older man , was so nice to let me to have breakfast even though I driver late and he was already cleaned up ready to leave :)

We' ve spent a week at Stelios house and it was amazing. The staff were very kind to us, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were also comfortable, it had also AC, a refrigerator and a TV. It is ideal for familes, because outside of the hotel is a swimming pool. One side of the pool is around 50 cm deep, and it slowly deepens to around 170 cm. The hotel also provides parking for cars in a safe and shady place, so they doesn't warm up so much. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food for good price(4- 8 EUR/ portion). The beach is around 600 meters from the hotel.

The hotel was amazing,hotel staff was so dedicated and you could see the excellent atmosphere. The 5star hotel experience in a small resort. I wouldn't think twice to go back. Mattress on the beach is the most comfy thing I have ever felt.. Proper vacation destination...I have no words to explain how much I recommend.

Pleasantly surprised. We were there for only one night, but it had everything we needed. It was clean, breakfast was great, and the owners are very friendly. Their backyard/bar is especially beautiful.

The room is new, modern, clean and at a perfect location. The restaurant within the property is from the same owner and the food served is of high quality. We visited in the winter during bad weather and were very lucky we had the possibility to park in front of the room and could eat next door. The most important part are the owners, very friendly, focused on service and quality! They gave us some good advice on our onward travel and were very helpful.

Accomodation is on the beach, beautiful view and it’s super clean. The staff is super nice and friendly! And a big plus for Bubu ( the dog from the accomodation). This is perfect if you want a vacation where you can relax at the sea side.

I’d say it’s a really good budget hotel with great prices (high season) and we were a family of 5 who stayed here to explore the surroundings. So not looking for anything fancy/luxurious or anything like that but simple, good price and close to lots of beautiful small cities and beaches which was what we got. Staff has been so helpful and we have enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is very spacious, with new and modern furniture. There is convenient parking right next to the building, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, although we did not use it during our stay. The apartment also has a large and very beautiful balcony, perfect for relaxing. The location is very convenient, no more than 5 minutes by car from the city centre. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Extremely hygienic, the staff is wonderful and friendly, always open to talk and help the guests out! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Absolutely recommend

KonPolis is a beautiful, tranquil, well-kept place, located near everything one needs for a perfect vacation, between Nea Vrasna and Asprovalta. Breakfast was served by the pool, quite delicious and with a great selection. The staff was absolutely fantastic, and Nick was the perfect host whose kindness and hospitality made our week very special. Our gratitude for Nick and the whole KonPolis family! We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The place was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen essentials to extra toiletries. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the central area, yet it's tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. A perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The host was very nice we had a very warm welcome. The facilities were clean and the terrace was great for relaxation.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with handy outlets right next to them. We absolutely loved the amazing balconies, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. While the bathroom was a bit small, it was very clean and nice. Best of all, the beach is just a 2-minute walk away! Highly recommended.

Proximity to both beach and town, value for money, comfortable, large spaces and beds, aircon in both bedrooms and nice comfortable veranda.
