Everything - this place is 10 out of 10!! It was clean, relaxing and very close to all the main supermarkets/taverns/shops, etc. The breakfast was amazing, the staff more than kind and heplful, and the whole atmosphere totally idyllic. Not to mention the small compliments by the Welcome (cookies on the bed) or by the Goodbye (a jar of homemade honey) ❤ Definetely worth the money & visit - will come back again for sure 👍

Central location, close to a lovely sandy beach, close to excellent fish restaurant, close to shops, big private car park to leave your car (s) safely free of charge, very friendly staff, excellent air conditioning in the rooms, excellent internet.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was really nice to experience everything feeling so fresh, modern, and well made. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel very welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The hotel itself was spotless, especially the rooms, which were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the pool area, the view was beautiful, and it was the perfect place to relax. The location was another big plus, making it easy and convenient to get around. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended

We stayed at this apartment in Keramoti during the Xanthi Carnival period, not in the summer season. The apartment has three bedrooms and is extremely spacious — large enough to comfortably accommodate even three families. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Since we did not visit during the summer months, I cannot fully evaluate its beach proximity or summer advantages. However, it is located in a beautiful natural area with a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it

It is a very beautiful, chic, colorful and clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need and very well located. Close to the port and the beach. We thank the host for his kindness. I recommend it!

The apartment was ideal for us, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The supermarket is just a few metres away, so are the tavernas. The beach is 5-10 minutes away which is also fine. Akis is more than a wonderful host and for that we are very grateful!

All was Perfect... The rooms..the wonderful bathrooms and the big private Jakuzzi outside of the apartment..The place is wonderful the lights..the Balcony's... Thank you ERIZEN...we will come again
