Everything was wonderful. Stelios and Nina were amazingly helpful and very kind. Their hospitality was top notch! The House was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast at Koursaros was very tasty and personally i think they had very good variety. The beach was not more than 200m far away from our home. I totally recommend Terra Mare and i will try to book the next time I’ll be in skala potamias. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and the yard was beautifully maintained. We particularly enjoyed a charming spot perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast. A special thanks to Katerina, who was an outstanding host and made us feel as though we were long-time visitors rather than first-timers.

The location of the property it’s awesome. You can se the sunrise from your balcony. The area it’s very quiet, no neighbours to close.

We loved everything, from the owners to the comfortable beds, the housekeeper that makes your room look like new everyday, how everything looked, the silence and beautiful landscape, everything !!!

Close to the best beach in the island,great food and picturesque scenery.

The location is great, probably one of the best ones on the island. You can go down to the beach directly from the villa's courtyard and the beach itself is not that crowded. The views are also great: a small uninhabited island a mile or so away and mountains behind. If you come there with a SUP or an inflatable canoe you'll definitely have space to leave it in the yard. The owners are nice and helpful and they're doing a great job with maintenance and cleaning. And all of this comes at a pretty good price.

The house is in a quiet setting, in a olive garden with benches and longchairs, greenery and a small playground.

An absolutely wonderful family-run hotel! The rooms are cosy, with balconies offering breathtaking, unforgettable views of the sea. Everything was spotless — the rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The taverna just beneath is exceptional — the best food we had on Thassos. Fresh seafood, great wine, and outstanding service — we simply didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was just amazing. There’s also a small, charming beach right by the rocks — we went there every day. Crystal-clear water, hardly any people — perfection. And finally, the amazing family running the hotel — we’re so grateful to them for making our holiday (and my birthday) absolutely perfect, THANK YOU!

The accommodation is in a nice location right next to the sea. There are easily accessible beaches to the north and south, which are very enjoyable. The accommodation was well equipped and the cleanliness was good. You can hear the sea at night, super :) A few minutes walk to a small shop. If we can, we will definitely return.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making me feel at home right away. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings, which made the whole experience unforgettable. Everything was well organized, from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a truly enjoyable stay.

Host welcomed us and showed our room. She was really kind and helpful. We stayed in apartment number 7. We got free room upgrade. Thank you for that. Apartment was really nice. It has a lot of natural light. The furniture is new and in good condition. Terrace was specious and right next to main area where you can make a BBQ which is covered with kiwi plants which makes really good shades. Living room, kitchen and bathroom is on main floor and the bed is in the loft of apartment. Bed is comfortable and on both sides has light switches and electric plugs. In the morning it's really nice view of sea from bed. Kitchen has all the neccesery equipment. Bathroom is modern and shower also has a rain shower head with good pressure. Apartment has a lot of electric plugs. Air condition can cool the whole apartment really fast. Trash is taken out evey day and the towels are changed every second day. Parking is not on the property, it's on the property next to this one, but during the check in and check out you can park on property. Property has a shower in garden so you can wash yourself after the beach. The beach is really close you just need to walk few steps. Internet was ok. Market and all the taverns are nearby. Paradise beach is 5 minutes driving from here. I can higly recommend this property.
