The location and aspect from the balcony were quite lovely

I could not fault Maniatiko. We had a quiet peaceful Villa just a short walk from the main area. Restaurant and bar was a perfect spot in the evening with a lovely view. Fabulous staff , liked them all and appreciated how hard they worked to make our stay perfect. Great pool. Beautiful breakfast well presented.

An amazing place, a stunning new house with all the treats, the owner Reina took care of everything possible for us. She owns a restaurant on the beach and a lovely cafe where she also made sure we enjoyed the food and atmosphere and everything is new and beautiful. A highly recommended vacation. Perfect location with wonderful sea view 2 pools. We stayed right next to the upper pool, which is shared but almost private Very nice apartment with everything you'd need including a porch. Quiet, relaxing, clean Nice restaurant for breakfast/dinner on site Maria was very welcoming and helpful with everything- including late checkout without extra charge. Wonderful and diverse beaches just a few minutes drive from the resort.

Great self catering room. Air conditioned and spacious. Super bar and ate dinner and breakfast there. Excellent coffee.

Great location with a pool and also close to the ocean for a swim. I would stay there again next time I’m in Mani.

We have been upgraded to the most fantastic room in the hotel with an amazing view and sunset over the sea. Dinner and breakfast had been excellent.

We loved the view, the tranquility and the design of the apartment overall with small beautiful touches. The materials, colors and patterns chosen is very tasteful. Small plants everywhere make it very warm and homelike. The appliances are good quality. Overall it was very spacious with a cozy terrace, everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The AC works well (separate in the bedroom and living room), there is a normal size oven, stove and fridge and the host has left coffee (3 types) and water. There is also a washing machine (detergent available), iron and ironing board. All windows have mosquito nets which is a nice touch, at night you can sleep with a nice breeze. The amenities and the comfort of the house would make it perfect for a long stay. The host was very kind and friendly and have explained the place in detail. We enjoyed our little chats with her. You will need a car for this location, walking is not an option but the town and the beach is close by with the car.

Very large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very quiet in a typical Mani village, close to Stoupa beach. Very nice owners.

It was amazing in every aspect. Great location, exceptionally well organised and clean to the detail, very helpful owner. We were a big group of friends sharing two villas and it worked out ideally. Everyone was delighted. Close to beautiful Messini, Kardamyli and Platsa.

Beautiful building in a nice location for exploring the area. Very cool, even on hot days. Good size for a family of four. It was easy finding and checking in and out.

The house was clean and shiny, super comfortable for a family of four and equipped with all kinds of facilities and comforts.

Location, walking distance to everything you need, a shop, a beach, restaurants and bars. Driving distance to everything else. We walked down to Elli' s Tavern and had a particularly nice meal. The staff were a particular strength. The water stopped one day and a groundskeeper was there within the hour to fix it. Further the lady that did a mid-week freshen up, brought eggs from local chickens for our baby to enjoy. Finally, the neighbour, is a delight. Happy to chat and gave us some great tips which we duely followed and enjoyed.

Everything was above and beyond! We'll be back for sure!
