Great place/rooms with friendly staff

The perfect location if you will use public transport, because the station is next door, and in the center of the Fira, and the hotel is perfect, very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was wonderful, the rooms and everything was spotless. The staff especially Cindy were fabulous and helpful. It was a good deal. And the pool (although cold when you got in first) was spotless also. Highly recommend

Not the cleanest hostel in the world (regarding bathrooms) and definitely rooms belong to the tiniest. But theres balcony to dry your stuff or have a drink with roommates, with dryer, table and chairs. Tiny cheap hostel room with hotel-quality balcony. C'mon. It means quality. But the staff is fantastic. Welcoming, easy-going, helpful, smiling. They mingle with guests and dont play the usual "angry Greek" game. The female receptionist is arguably the most helpful and smiling person in Greek horeca universe. Bottom line is, hostel-quality is comparable with thousands of hostels around the world, but the staff duo elevates the establishment to the top.

Beautifully located, really quiet area but within walking distance of the centre of Fira. Overall the pool area was really nice and clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Excellent hotel with the best personalised service. Location is close to Fira main square, lots of restaurants and mini market. They collected us at the airport and dropped us at the port. As we walked in, they gave such a personalised service with coffee and explaining the full Island. We did the day tour with them. I would highly recommend the tour. Service is excellent. Good value for money! Hotel rooms were also good. Thank you for the great stay! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Katerina received us and is a very sweet person. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. Is close to Fira's main square, the bus terminal and all the local atractions.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Every single day, they come up with creative recipes, using super fresh ingredients with a hint to the local cuisine. Vegan frittatas, pancakes, bruschettas, just to name a few. Breakfast alone would’ve been worth the stay - I literally went to sleep looking forward to breakfast in the morning haha The property is also insanely beautiful - it felt like a truly luxurious experience. The location couldn’t be better, at the heart of Fira. Walking distance to the bus station that connects you to everywhere in the island besides stunning sunset + great night life and restaurants + experiences like the Greek Wedding show and Mamma Mia open air cinema right there in Fira. The owners are so helpful and kind hearted! I was solo traveling, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, supported, and comfortable. I’m so grateful for my time at Ethos and will come back as many times as I possibly can.

Fabulous stay. Luca & team cannot do enough for their guests. Even decorated one of our rooms for a special birthday celebration. As soon as we arrived Luca was very welcoming and explained to us all that we needed to know about the island for our trip. The guys who worked in the bar and breakfast were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us The hotel is lovely, Very clean and spacious..Excellent location 5 minute walk to the town & bus Terminal.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, full kitchen facilities, comfy beds, lovely patio area to sit in the evenings and enjoy the stunning view. The hosts were brilliant arranging everything for us from car hire to recommending restaurants, always on hand for any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and if ever we are in Santorini again would stay here.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was perfect, just minutes from Fira, yet completely peaceful and away from the business. The view was breathtaking. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (every amenity was top quality!!). The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. And the host Saliveros made the stay even more amazing. We left feeling completely recharged. Without a doubt, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended!!

Our family had a one night stay in Santorini before heading back home. It was winter and near New Years so most businesses were closed. However our stay was not affected. Great hotel close to businesses that were open and the bus stop. Great staff that looked after us during the stay. Great breakfast spread to start the day. The indoor pool was not used but it looked amazing tucked in the bottom level of the hotel. And of course the amazing view. Couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Really pretty and amazing views from every angle. The staff were amazing! Made me feel very welcomed and safe which was really important as a solo traveller. The location was also great and as the main walking path is behind, rooms have more privacy

We loved our stay at By The Cliff. Simona and here team were the perfect hosts and made our trip incredibly easy and pleasant. We were even given an upgrade on our room and a complimentary bottle of wine! Porters also helped us get our bags to the bus station. Our room was perfect; a great size and beautiful. The views were breathtaking and we loved using our private jacuzzi to watch the sunset. The room was neat and tidy, comfortable, and serviced each morning. The included breakfast was delicious, and it was convenient having a cafe/restaurant upstairs. The location was ideal - close to the train station and the square and around lots of restaurants. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We would love to come back.
