The staff was very friendly and competent! The food was tasty, the room clean.

Apartment is modern, very well equipped and clean. Kitchen is upgraded with dual air-fryer. Apartment is located in a calm area, there is no noise, you can meditate enjoying peace and a perfect view from the balcony.

Great place - quiet, our room was from garden where kiwi and limo trees welcome us ;) Then comes "Cuna" one of most friendly dog, shes lovely, in 3s our "Fox" make friends with her. Room was clean and had everything to spend great time without any worries. Sea is close, you got 2 ways: 1 closer through the forest (where you can go with dog for a walk) and 2nd little longer but straight to city with harbor. Owners are great and nice, whatever you need just ask them :)

Lovely stay, my host was amazing and full of helpful advice. Bed was super comfy, wifi was great and I was able to do a lot of work. Location fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk away from everything in town. Would stay again.

Appartment for 6 people is really comfortably spacious, filled with well selected furniture. Entrance to villa is also very open, which allows stopping the car at the gates for a shorter

The view was amazing, as was the service. Two Nice beaches nearby (Peroj and Fazana) and 2 Nice cities on driving distance, as Pula and Rovinj.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa manager was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated her support and hospitality.

Ms. Irena is a super-host and she waited for us at the church to show us where the accommodation is, where to park, where to get groceries, how to go to the beach, and which local attractions we should visit. The accommodation is a renovated XVIII-century family house. There are 4 bathrooms, a garden, and a roof-top balcony. There is a small restaurant and 2 small supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking distance. The Peroj location is perfect if you want to visit Istria. Fazana, where you catch the ferry to the island of Brijuni, is 15 minutes by car, Rovinj is 45 minutes, Premantura 30 minutes, Motovun 1 hour, Trieste 2 hours by car...

The whole apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped with everything one may need during the vacation - from the washing machine, dish washer to the outside grill. The 2 terraces are giving you the option to enjoy breakfast on the lower one and the dinner with the sunset on the upper one. Lastly, both Netti and Saša are excellent hosts, always available and ready to help should you have any request.

A wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very cozy, just like in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is clean. There’s a lovely terrace with a gas grill, surrounded by kiwi trees. Nearby, there’s a bakery, small grocery shops, and a morning fish market with fresh catch. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, but there’s also free parking nearby where there’s always a spot available. It’s easy to get to the town of Fažana — a livelier place with beautiful spots for walks and watching the sunset. The hosts are very friendly and always available. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat, buy local products, and which beaches to visit. We 100% recommend this place!

Free parking is available in front of the apartment, and there is an excellent restaurant located on the ground flor The highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind host, Jadranka, who warmly welcomed us, prepared a baby crib, and was always helpful and available whenever we needed anything.

It is about 1000m to a beach nevertheless the house offers full privacy. A lot of space for family and big advantage: jacuzzi, washing machine and dishwasher👍 the owner is very kind and do the best 👍
