Breathtaking views from the balcony and rooms, best location in Sumartin, 5 min walk from an amazing beach. The apartment all amenities one would need, it was very well maintained and was very clean.

Vito, the host, was very kind and helpful, always anticipating our needs. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Its terrace overlooks the harbor, yet it is very quiet.

A corner of paradise on earth! Calm down. Substantial, neat, friendly staff, I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone!

Incredible views and location. Our host was very kind and welcoming. The room itself is comfortable and spacious, very clean and the AC worked well.

The family are lovely and can’t do enough to make your stay special and enjoyable. The location is perfect with two restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and further restaurants in Sumartin which is a few minutes drive away. The property has a private beach/jetty with loungers, a shaded area and also parasols. You have free access to the kayak and a paddle board if you desire to use them, there is also fridges where you can store drinks etc and a plentiful supply of ice.

Beautiful country home with welcoming host and beautiful garden.Finally get some peace from big city.Near apartment is public beach and good restaurants. But the most we liked the view from our balcony. Thank you host for homemade vine and rakija.

Sve nam se jako svidjelo! Nemamo apsolutno niti jednu zamjerku! Toki je fantastican domaćin. Jasno je da se mislilo o svakom detalju. Apartman je prečist, preudoban i doslovno ima svaku sitnicu koja vam može pasti napamet. Blizu ste svega, Selca su predivno mjesto, i mozete naci sadrzaj za sve ono sto vam je potrebno za jedan kvalitetan odmor. Mi smo jako uživali i jedva cekamo da se vratimo opet:)

The charming apartment with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful view of the sea. Close to the city, shops and restaurants. A half an hour from the Bol. Peace and calm estate but close to the beaches and sea. I recommend it to families with children and all those who like to relax and spend time without crowds.

The House was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The host and his family were very nice and helpful. The whole house was perfectly clear,and from the upper balcony you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the sea. There are four space rooms, two of them (upper floor)with AC, and a living room with a giant sofa and also with AC.

We loved everything! The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing. There’s a great beach nearby and the location is ideal. The hosts were very pleasant and welcomed us warmly — they even left some fruit for us, which was a lovely gesture. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely come back next year!

We recently spent a week in Brac and had an exceptional stay. The host, Niki, was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question. The accommodation was the most practical and well-equipped we’ve experienced, comfortably housing six adults and our small dog. It was also the most pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed, which made a big difference for us. Niki went above and beyond – even surprising us with delicious homemade pancakes. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We also had the honor of tasting Niki’s own olive oil – truly masterclass. If you’re considering bringing home some olive oil from Croatia, this is the one to get. It’s the best we’ve ever tried. The house exceeded all our expectations, and as seasoned travelers, that says a lot. We wholeheartedly recommend Brac, Selca, and especially this property to anyone visiting Croatia. We’re already looking forward to returning next year. If we could give 11 stars out of 10, we would!

This apartment is great. The general layout of the bedrooms may be a bit cumbersome but the terrace is your spectacular new living room (with sitting area, dinning area, kitchen, TV, ...) which is accessible in rain and also in colder weather (you can close the walls, there are IR heating panels). Not to mention the heated swimming pool with a water slide your children will remember.
