Accommodation in Berastagi

I always had the feeling that the family was happy to help. I came from Bukit Lawang with completely dirty clothes and 2 hours later I had them back clean. You get a lot of suggestions and they can help with everything. Incredibly pleasant stay.

Hospitality and friendliness of the owner. Good tours on the volcano and city. They help you where they can. The transport to lake Toba was also very good arranged.

Very clean place. The bed was sooooooo confortable. The lady was very nice and very helpful to find solution to help me to take a bus to my next destination. There is many very good place to eat around.

The rooms are very cheap, so can't expect too much. The beds are good. Only downside is that the standard rooms are a bit depressing. The ones that face the street are nicer.

I am very grateful for the kinds of the owner. The staff also very helpful. They told me everything about what to do there. The room was spacious, clean, and confortable. The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. You also can rent a scooter there.
