Room is huge, value for money was great. Staff extremely attentive & genuinely showing interest in giving the best experience to the guest. There was issue with the wifi in my room on checkin, which the next morning over breakfast a kind member of the guest services team was asking how the stay is, I mentioned it and was swiftly found by a member of the technical team to get access to my room to fix the wifi. Within 30 minutes it was fixed. Breakfast had everything, for everyone was really good. the hotel feels really clean, everything feels heavy and well made, overall a great place, i'll stay again.

The hotel’s design is not only beautiful but also practical, spacious and comfortable. Its direct connection to a huge shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. During breakfast, we shared our feedback with Chef Andre about the inconsistent flavours—some dishes were too salty, while others lacked flavour. We were pleased to find that he addressed the issue the very next morning, demonstrating that the hotel takes guest feedback seriously. Parking can be a little challenging at weekends, but the hotel offers complimentary valet parking, which is a nice touch.

The location is across from the SMS shopping center, but it is not close enough to cross the bridge. However, there is a drinking water supply in the house, so there is no need to purchase water.

The host was very helpful and the self checkin process was very easy. The room is nice and spacious, Wifi is available and the TV has Netflix etc. Everything is provided by the host and the kitchen is well-stocked. There’s a Gym & Pool available and a communal work space. There’s also a minimarket in the basement plus an attached entryway to the Mall which is convenient. We had a nice stay and will definitely come back when visiting the area.
