Kawana is a true hidden gem in cikarang. It takes about 2 - 3 hours from the airport depending on the traffic to reach the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, greenary all around and a safe area. They do have a convenient store downstairs and a vending machine as well, although you might not find everything you need the other stores are just nearby. I was there for my honeymoon, and also birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly planned including a romantic dinner we separately paid for. It's was 1 million IDR with a 3 course meal and a birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Special table decorations we made by the pool area and we had our privacy. For the honeymoon a bed decoration was made and they had a bath prepared which was absolutely stunning. My list of thanking is pretty long. First of all Ari, my sales agent was so helpful and always available. Starting from planning the trip to the end of the trip he was working to ensure i had a pleasant stay. He was available at any day at any time to answer my questions. Which was awesome, he was the first impression of the hotel to me and he was so attentive and caring, it already gave me an idea about the service quality of the hotel before i started my journey to Indonesia. And when i finally reached the hotel it turned out all the staffs were caring, kind, attentive and always ready to help. Starting from the car drivers to the receptionists to the housekeeping staffs all were so helpful and sweet.
