IndiaThe lake house was beautiful. So close to the road, & yet so serene and quiet. The views from the house were superb. The backyard is such a lovely place to stroll and take a dip in the lake. And the hosts were such lovely people. We were late checking in but Breda waited and made us feel so welcome. And the Irish Breakfast was so delicious.
We felt really bad that we made her stay late and she had to be up at 5 am to make us the full breakfast. And since I was a non meat eater she went out of her way to make my breakfast. Also, the SCONES. They are to die for.

IrelandThe Castle Hotel is somewhere I've stayed on numerous occasions for work and have to say I cannot fault it . The staff are extremely accommodating from reception to bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean amd roomy whether it's an executive suite or standard room . Would definitely recommend

As a trained an experienced hotel and restaurant manager in the upper and luxury services I can assure Deirdre, our host, has a more profound hospitality sense than many fellow hoteliers, offering a more welcoming and full service experience that some 5 and 5 GL hotels. It was, out of four different similar accommodations we profit from in Ireland, the very best and a surprise if valuing quality vs price.

We were greeted by the host and shown to our accommodations. Our host was even able to secure a last minute reservation in a local restaurant. It is a lovely unit and the views are tremendous. We were pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. If ever back in Ireland, we would definitely stay there again.

Cannaway house is located rurally, a feature we look for when booking our accommodations. It was at the end of a long lane and a very stately large home. The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Jackie assisted us in making reservations for dinner in a small town nearby. There was a large outdoor area that would be good for children to run about.

Ver cute and perfect accommodation. Everything is thought through and you get stunning views into nature. If we hadn’t already booked our next accommodation we would’ve stayed longer.

I came here as part of a group of 15 people. Our experience was amazing! The care and attention the staff gave us was above and beyond! Special mentions to the accommodation manager, Kay, who did so much to make our stay really special, Eadaoin at reception made us few like one of the family, and Andi, who looked after us at dinner was absolutely brilliant! Thanks so much guys!
