Big and comfortable room and very comfy beds. Beautiful and colorful interior. Good selection of food at buffet dinner and breakfast. Nice little pool on rooftop that helps to cool down. Very kind staff, helping whenever needed.

The property is a true oasis, perfectly shielded from the city's hustle and bustle. The vast, luxurious grounds offered a serene atmosphere that allowed me to completely unwind. I was particularly impressed by the staff; they were highly attentive, professional, and handled all my requests with remarkable efficiency. Their warm hospitality truly stood out.

Very good hotel with great staff. It has very comfortable rooms and quite some activities to keep you entertained during the evening. I liked the dinner at the traditional restaurant. The lunch buffet is okay. It lacks allergen menu, but the staff was great into assisting me with my dietary needs.

The staff was super helpful, especially one of the drivers that accompanied us, Kassim i think. They have good packages for travel tours. The rooms were up to the standards. The location is amazing, right in a mall.

Outstanding comfort and service throughout our visit! The hotel sits in a prime spot near the Taj Mahal. Our room was wonderfully spacious with all the right amenities included. A truly wonderful stay near one of the world's greatest wonders. The location is phenomenal for quick access to the Taj Mahal gates. Our room was beautifully spacious and immaculate throughout our visit. The staff provided world-class service, showing immense dedication and warmth to our entire family.

We have stayed at this hotel Multiple times. The staff is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. And the high quality of service and Attention to detail remains.

Simply the best hotel found in our entire trip in India. Very western stile (more similar to a small resort), clean and large rooms, different restaurants inside and with a good position to visit Agra (taxis could come inside). It's not a long description, but simply the best hotel we found. Very suggested and with a great price (at least in off-season)

The exceptional hospitality of the staff overall but precisely Ajay Gupta, Esha (front desk), Sanchit and Jasleen. They would be an asset to any organization so this hotel is lucky to have them as staff. This was one of our best stays. Handily placed to the train station. Staff very helpful. Nice outdoor sitting area on the first floor. Very good price.

The hotel has a beautiful heritage charm with a lovely courtyard and relaxing pool area that create a peaceful atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The blend of historic character and warm hospitality made our stay in Agra even more memorable.
