Stayed just one night at this gem in Tangmarg, and it exceeded expectations. The bed came with heated blankets – perfect for the chilly mountain air! A Slice of Paradise – Apriquince Lodge, Tangmarg I had the most incredible experience staying at Apriquince Lodge in Tangmarg – truly a heaven within heaven! From the moment we arrived, the serene beauty of the place took my breath away. Nestled in the lap of nature, it’s a perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with peace and calm. A special shout-out to Babar, who runs this beautiful place with such grace and warmth. His attention to detail and dedication to creating a memorable experience for guests is truly commendable. And I cannot forget Farooq bhai – his hospitality and service were beyond exceptional. Always smiling, always helpful, and ensuring that every single need was taken care of with genuine warmth. The food he served us was absolutely amazing – flavorful, fresh, and comforting in every bite. It felt like home-cooked love on a plate. I travelled with my cat, Seven, and I have to say, even she didn’t want to come back! She roamed around freely, relaxed in the sunshine, and was completely at peace – a rare sight that speaks volumes about the vibe of this place. If you’re looking for a place that soothes your soul, delights your taste buds, and wraps you in genuine Kashmiri hospitality – Apriquince Lodge is the place to be. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

I absolutely loved everything about this homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with genuine care and kindness. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was equally clean and well maintained. The food they served us was incredibly delicious and prepared with so much love. I had the chance to try Kashmiri Wazwan, which was one of the highlights of my stay — rich, flavourful, and unforgettable. The location was peaceful and calming, the perfect escape from the noise and stress of everyday life. The house owner and his son were extremely humble, warm, and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family rather than guests. Honestly, it was the best stay I have experienced in years. I truly hope more people get the opportunity to stay here and experience the authenticity, calmness, and kindness of Kashmiri people through this beautiful homestay.
