This is a newly built duplex property, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beddings and new quilts. There are 4 bathrooms, which is uncommon, but really useful if there are 7-8+ guests. A one side open big balcony and access to roof is a plus.... This is a home away from home especially for families, with a functional kitchen and car parking space for 1 hatchback inside the gates of house and a bigger one by the boundary wall. Peaceful surroundigs and basic markets at walkable distances. Overall very satisfied with the stay and support privided by the Host.....All the best....

Our stay at Surya Vilas Palace was truly memorable, and the biggest credit goes to Manoj Ji for his exceptional hospitality. From personally picking us up from Indore Airport to arranging the beautiful Sandhya Aarti and guiding us through the local sightseeing, he took care of everything. He treated us like his own younger brother, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room on the 3rd floor was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Ujjain from the rooftop. The peaceful atmosphere and homely environment made us feel completely at home, even though we were away from home. A heartfelt thank you to Manoj Ji and his family for their kindness, warmth, and support. I strongly recommend Surya Vilas Palace to anyone visiting Ujjain. Very spacious room fit for 4 people the homestay owner himself picked me up and he is very helpful. Situated walking distance from railway station and near the eateries and you will get transport to mahankal and go by walk
