Amazing staff, they even surprised me for by birthday with a beautiful cake! I was there alone and they celebrated with me. Totally recommended also for the cozy rooms.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I would especially like to praise the staff member in the reception desk who usually works during the evening I guess between around 7PM 12PM, he is the one who welcomed me upon arrival. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he was incredibly kind. His positive attitude and outstanding hospitality made a big difference in my experience in this hotel.

A good hotel for the money. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. A good breakfast. There's a laundry and cafe nearby, as well as shops and currency exchange. The hotel manager drove us to the bus station in his car for free, for which we're very grateful. If you're visiting Erbil for a couple of days, it's a great place to stay.

The hotel was excellent in every way — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy.

The hotel is brand new. Just recently opened for quests. The management team is very polite and helpful. Food was excellent. I recommend this hotel for visitors in Erbil. The hotel will overcome your expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Erbil. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. A special thanks to Saeed at the reception desk, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food was excellent, with delicious meals and outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. The atmosphere was so peaceful and pleasant that I often felt like staying in the hotel rather than going out. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very nace place close to citadell

Location was superb, in front of erbil citadel

Clean and fragrant cotton sheets and towels! Comfortable semi hard bed and pillows. Quiet room facing an internal courtyard. The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom that had a bath. The shower had great pressure. Walking distance to the Citadel/ Tourist spots. It was Ramadan but they offered breakfast on request.

Everything was great, the facility is beautiful, the location is good ,the food is delicious, the room is big and very clean , there's hospitality consisting of fruit was beautiful addition to the room

Every things is good the whole staff are doing good specially Mr Rezan , Miss Nebras in reception also the chef in restaurant he was so friendly
