The amenities, the food, the service

I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Swimming pool, location and the beach

Great Location, private and serene. The beach is a stones throw away, at the right time of day it feels almost private. Spacious rooms and en-suite. Lovely backyard garden (meticulously kept). Curious but pleasant neighbours, gave you the feeling of safety and security. Silver Sands is a great residential community with like minded people, it offers the privacy if you prefer isolation whilst having the option to engage in communal interaction should you wish to do so. Breakfast at one of the local restaurants on the beach is a must and sensibly priced. The host Lee-Ann is wonderful, thoughtful and prides herself in delivering the best guest experience possible. Great all round experience and good value for money. I have already recommended it and looking forward to staying there again.
