Getting in was easy because of the instructions that were provided. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining with the handmade pottery they've left in the apartment. In the morning, we were able to meet the potter, who was extremely friendly to us even though we do not speak Japanese. She even opened the studio a few minutes early for us because she saw us walking around. We bought a few items from the studio and will cherish them.

It was just an in-between destination stopover but it was a comfortable hotel with a very nice onsen facility and good laundry amenities. There is a good restaurant in front of the hotel. The carpark was spacious! The staff was excellent - my friend had left her Apple Airpods in the room at this hotel, and when she realized it we were already in Nara. The hotel staff at Kusatsu Ritto Route Inn arranged for the airpods to be sent to us in Nara without any charge. We are very grateful for your service and kindness!
