Accommodation in Barskoon

I am very happy with my stay. The manager is a lady who is experienced in dealing with guests. She also has a nice smile and that usually helps. Booking would probably call it a "Boutique hotel", while I would describe the place as homely with a high standard in the rooms. I particularly liked the carpets and the nice tiles. The buildings are built around a "patio" where you can relax with a good cup of tea. Otherwise it is dead quiet and you can hear your steps when you step on the gravel and birds chirping. Just what I was looking for. Or you can go down to Issyk Kul and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. Finally: Breakfast is included in the price and varied.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and new. Good location. Very lovely family. The owner speaks English so I could get some information about Kyrgystan. The breakfast was amazing. Very recommended :)

It was a pleasure! The food was tasty, the scenery was amazing, the location was fantastic. Internet works great, only turns off when there is a storm or heavy rain.

We totally loved the peaceful vibe of this beautiful cottage along the waterside. The accommodation was super clean and cozy, the food was beyond amazing and our hosts were just lovely. If we come back to Kyrgyzstan, we’ll definitely go again!

Amazing location and very very kind hosts! Fatima and her husband gave us a very warm welcome. We slept very well in their yurt next to their house and received a delicious local breakfast. This all in the middle of a quiet and beautiful place.

The best host I have ever had during my trip. They serve me with breakfast and dinner with warm tea. I highly recommend this guesthouse to all tourists who look for a place to stay around Issyk kul lake.
