The staff is very friendly and welcoming; there is someone who helps you with the baggage. The hotel is a renovated traditional Lebanese house, which lets you experience travel in time in the mountains. It's a very nice escape from the heat in the summer. The rooms are clean, and the room service is fast. I recommend staying there!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beirut! The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxing. What truly made our experience even better, though, was the receptionist, Rima. Her warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

An exceptional stay in all ways including value. We stayed in a one bedroom suite for a week while visiting friends in the city. Albert and all the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of making sure the room was spotless each day and they even provided extra towels and water without requesting them. Beds and linens were top notch making for a very comfortable sleep. The suite features a little kitchenette which was very handy for preparing snacks and the occasional lunch or breakfast. Location is ideal, right across the street from a big Le Charcutier grocery store and within 2 minutes walking distance from a few restaurants, including Pro's which I highly recommend. One of the best and most surprising features is the gym. I've seen many hotel gyms in my travels, but this one ranks at the top for size, variety and quality of equipment, and ambience. It is seriously a world class facility, considering it's in a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts here. Kudos to whoever designed and planned for this gym to be included. Overall, a highly recommended stay! I would not hesitate to come back again.
