We had the pleasure of being assisted by Iana at the Radisson Blu Chișinău between 1–10 June 2026, and the experience was simply exceptional. From the very first to the very last moment, she was incredibly attentive, responsive to any request, and provided impeccable, consistent service, without any compromise. We travel frequently and have stayed in top hotels worldwide, including at the Ritz in Paris and the Waldorf Astoria in New York, where the service standards are internationally renowned. Nevertheless, the level of professionalism, care, and dedication that Iana demonstrated at the Radisson Blu Chișinău far exceeded our expectations, including those formed in such iconic locations. Iana is a rare example of discipline and intelligence, combined with genuine empathy and a constant willingness to help. She is attentive to details, truly listens to guests’ needs, and always finds quick and flexible solutions, without ever losing her smile or the elegance of her interaction. This combination of professionalism, composure, and human warmth means that any request is not only resolved, but anticipated. Throughout our stay, Iana showed an exemplary attitude: present, but never intrusive; efficient, yet warm and empathetic at the same time. Her service is, without exaggeration, at a level that could be used as a case study for the hospitality industry – a benchmark for what modern hospitality at international standards should look like. I wholeheartedly recommend that the management of the Radisson Blu Chișinău appreciate and support Iana, as she perfectly represents the brand and raises the service standard to a level comparable to, or even higher than, many luxury hotels in major capitals around the world. Very comfortable bed and wide room. Breakfast is excellent and involves lots of choices. Located just at the middle of the city.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was varied and delicious. We were very satisfied with the Jumbo Hotel.

I must say I never gave 10 because it's rare to find a hostel like this. I only stayed one night and this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed! You have access to a small kitchen, there are tables, the bed in your room is comfortable, the place is centeal, the bathroom is clean, everything's organized and they have rules. There are power outlets and you get a towel to make your stay comfier. The place itself is quiet even though there are lots of guests arround.

Absolutely everything: a prime location in the center, 5 minutes from public transport, but actually a quiet courtyard. Everything is clean, cozy, and organized. Unlimited free branded coffee and tea in the common area.

Breakfast was incuded and always started the day great! The staff was always helpful to find a taxi, answer questions and even made sure I was bundled up more on cooler days! Personable and reliable :)

İt was clean like a hospital. I felt like I am at home. I made many nice friends there. The ladies workking there were amazing. Everything was very well organized for the comfy of guest. Restrooms are so clean. They have a very nice and clean kitchen. They have washing machine drier fridge, microwave. Everything was just perfect.

The apartment itself is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Comfort, functionality, and elegance come together perfectly here. The bed was very comfortable, the space well organized, and all facilities worked flawlessly. It is clear that the hosts truly care about providing an excellent experience. Overall, this was an outstanding stay in every respect. I would gladly return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chișinău.

Lovely apartment with only the highest quality materials! Literally everything is Luxury as the name says. Very spacious and sound proof and the beds/pillows/blankets are just perfect. I've been on many holidays in many countries where they call their place Luxury but this was definitely the most luxurious and honors it's name a 100%! Smack in the center and the best Korean food I've ever had is right across the street. Also the best wine bar in town is about 30 meters away, first people I've met there were Dutch (so am I) so that was a big bonus as well. It doesn't end there, the hosts are the most friendly and helpful people that ever hosted me and the car can be parked secure next to the property! All in all, perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect hosts! I will definitely come back to this apartment (and restaurant and bar) next time I'm in Chişinău, big thank you to the hosts! 😀
