An exceptional stay from start to finish. We were among the first guests at this newly opened hotel, and everything exceeded expectations. The entire property is beautifully designed — from the elegant lobby and stylish rooms to the stunning private beach and breathtaking atmosphere of the bay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to every detail. The restaurant was excellent, with high-quality food, a diverse selection, and truly enjoyable dining experience every day. What impressed us the most was how professionally everything already functions despite the hotel being newly opened. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more pleasant. This hotel has all the potential to become one of the finest places to stay in Montenegro. One of the best breakfast we ever experienced. Beautiful and calm city to stay and travel around. For active travelers there is a path to walk or run 8km just by the coast. You can enjoy the spa and swimming pool which is big enough to swim.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Santa Boca made especially memorable by the exceptional staff. We would like to give special thanks to Djuro and Mohamed, who were incredibly caring, supportive, and always went out of their way to make our stay special. Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive, from the cleaning staff to the bar, kitchen, and breakfast team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, in a great location, quiet, and offers a fantastic view. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

I am in love with this hotel. We had great view from the room overlooking the Kotor bay. We’ve got big breakfast selection and enjoyed it literally by the water. The property is clean and nice and the personale is very welcoming. Truly dreamy holidays

Nice, quiet and clean apartman, comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. Parking can be challenging. 2 adult + 3 kids were very comfotable to stay.

The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, and the bed was comfortable. The outdoors seating area has lovely views, and you are surrounded by nature. It was super!

Our accommodation in Risan was spotless with fantastic communal areas that made relaxing a real pleasure. The kitchenette in our unit was small but perfectly adequate, and the larger communal kitchen was ideal for preparing meals. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was a true highlight—absolutely fabulous, especially when lit up at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better: right on the oldest street in Montenegro, full of charm and history. Getting around was easy with a bus stop right at the end of the street, providing quick access to other nearby towns and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help. If you prefer a quieter, less touristy experience than nearby Kotor, Risan is the perfect choice—peaceful, authentic, and utterly delightful.

Location was Superb! Café, restaurant, Adriatic Sea and bus stop to other towns all just 25 METERS from the property!! I can’t say much more because I’d t stay at the said property as there was a problem with the water heater. The owner kindly vacated her own apartment for my use! It was stunning and a credit to her. But honestly, it’s ALL ABOUT LOCATION- and Both flats are in the same place. Book without hesitation! LOVED IT.

An extremely well organised and comfortable apartment. Excellent location near to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. There is a spacious terrace where we sat for hours, enjoying the scent of the orange blossom. A delightful stay

An exquisite little apartment nestled in the old town of Risan! The interior boasts a neat minimalist design, yet it provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The view from the window onto a street that exudes a medieval ambiance creates an atmosphere of warmth and coziness. Overall, the experience was positive, and I was very pleased with my stay!

Very big, clean, good bed, excellent shower, she left some chocolate, coffee and sparkling water, tea, in front of the sea/mountains with a beautiful view, also in front of the bus stop or parking lot, restaurants and bakeries near by, I arrived very late and the lady came to receive me and gave all the instructions, I’d stay again! The owner speaks English, I was in touch with her on the phone, her mom doesn’t speak but was not a problem, we understand each other and she was very kind.
