Accommodation in Risan

This is an excellent apartment with a balcony view. Ample space for luggage & great location to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the water. Be aware that the name is actually Apartmani Kod Snezane; the host supplies the precise location.

It was simply stunning exactly, as they described it! Exceptionally clean, extensive facilities and the setting was excellent. Unbeatable views!!!

We stayed at Mövenpick Teuta for 15 days with our three children, and it exceeded all of our expectations. It is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality throughout our stay was truly outstanding. The private beach is absolutely beautiful – clean, peaceful, well organized, with crystal-clear water and an amazing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax while also being ideal for families with children. The spa is exceptional. Beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. It quickly became one of our favorite places in the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The architecture, interior design, and choice of materials reflect remarkable attention to detail and outstanding quality. Every space feels elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed while still being warm and inviting. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire property, and it was obvious that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. What impressed us most was that after spending 15 days here, we genuinely struggled to find anything negative to mention. That says everything about the consistency of the service and the overall experience. Congratulations to the entire Mövenpick Teuta team for creating such a wonderful destination. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Montenegro.

The water in the shower was salty. This is only one problem!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely fantastic—always friendly and ready to help. The reception team deserves a special mention for being extremely responsive and supportive in any situation. Breakfasts were delicious with a good variety, and the coffee was excellent—perfect for starting the day. One of the highlights was the heated bathroom floors, which made a big difference during the cooler season. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping the room fresh and tidy throughout the stay. Another nice touch was the option to be taken to the parking area by electric car—super convenient! Overall, the hotel truly lives up to its 4-star rating and provides great comfort and service. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean, modern apartment with huge amounts of space. Fitted with all you need, and including dulce gusto coffee (very appreciatedin the morning!). The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is located very close to a beach (not included in the price though), and there are some shops and a restaurant at walking distance. Plenty of free, easy accessible, private parking space available.

Our stay was amazing. We regret that we couldn't stay longer. View from balcony is breathtaking. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Apartment was Big and well equipped. You can enjoy beautiful views and relax in your room, surroundings is really calm and quiet. Location is also good - 5 min by car from Perast.

Nice, quiet and clean apartman, comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. Parking can be challenging. 2 adult + 3 kids were very comfotable to stay.

The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, and the bed was comfortable. The outdoors seating area has lovely views, and you are surrounded by nature. It was super!

The property was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and wifi. Host was helpful and responds quickly to any questions. There is not so much to do in Risan so we spent one day on a road trip of the coast to Hervog Novi ! I would recommend this place for 1-2 nights max ! If you also travel to Hercog Novi- I highly recommend the short hike to the church on the board with Croatia. Most amazing views and not too difficult!

The studio apartment is ideally located — very close to the centre yet wonderfully quiet and private. All amenities are within walking distance, and the beach is just across the road! The apartment itself is cosy, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you could need and more. The patio seating area is a particularly lovely spot to relax. Mirjana is an exceptional host who truly cares for her guests. She goes above and beyond — I arrived to find water, soft drinks, and biscuits waiting in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and she always responded promptly. She is one of the kindest people I have met in Montenegro. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and will 100% stay here again.

An exquisite little apartment nestled in the old town of Risan! The interior boasts a neat minimalist design, yet it provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The view from the window onto a street that exudes a medieval ambiance creates an atmosphere of warmth and coziness. Overall, the experience was positive, and I was very pleased with my stay!

Very big, clean, good bed, excellent shower, she left some chocolate, coffee and sparkling water, tea, in front of the sea/mountains with a beautiful view, also in front of the bus stop or parking lot, restaurants and bakeries near by, I arrived very late and the lady came to receive me and gave all the instructions, I’d stay again! The owner speaks English, I was in touch with her on the phone, her mom doesn’t speak but was not a problem, we understand each other and she was very kind.

Everything. Apartments are new and on the great location. Tidy, perfectly clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful. 🙂 The location is excellent. The apartments overlook the town square. All the best.
