Everything was perfect 🫶🏻 I was 4 times there.

Great staff, we could park at the Hotel front and as bonus we got an upgrade to a beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and bay.

We stayed for 5 days in this hotel and it was FANTASTIC! The staff is very very welcoming, respectful, helpful and professional. They give you good service and are always very polite. A good breakfast and you can also enjoy very delicious food in their restaurant. The rooms are very beautiful and very clean. THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN ULCINJ AND MAYBE IN WHOLE MONTENEGRO!!!!! If you are looking for a small hotel where you can rest and calm down from your stressful life this is the place to be. If it was possible to give them 100 stars I would. Perfect little hotel, a few minutes walk from the beach and old town Ulcinj. Magnificent see view from the room as well as the terrace and pool. Breakfast is fresh and diverse. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has its own parking if you are traveling by car. We are definitely going back to this hotel in the future.

It's a lovely hotel. Wonderful view from the window, wonderful staff, varied and delicious breakfasts, a large selection.The restaurant is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fleury's restaurant manager is a respectful and sociable young man, always polite and always ready to help. We liked absolutely everything!

I recently discovered the quaint city of Ulcinj, Montenegro while looking for a winter escape, and I booked this stay through Booking.com for January 1st. Knowing that winter options might be limited, I was pleasantly surprised and truly delighted to find this newer hotel. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — a welcoming couple who treated every guest like their own children. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and I can honestly say the family-like atmosphere here was something special and rare. You truly feel cared for, not just accommodated. The hotel itself is new, very well maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a home than a hotel, this is it. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ulcinj, especially during the quieter winter season.

Dritan was the most attentive and friendly host we’ve ever met! The road to the accommodation was a bit challenging but he guided us to the place, provided us with many options for our trip and even delivered us food at 12 AM on a Sunday when restaurants would not deliver. The apartment was very clean with a stunning view of the sea.

Extremely friendly staff, especially the hotel manager who did everything what we asked, he is a very lovely guy, thanks a lot we enjoyed all minutes of our stay.

Perfect location, I think the host should charge extra fee for that amazing view that Balcony offers :) The apartment is fully equipped with everything and furniture's are new.

A luxurious hotel! The food is delicious, and the premium alcohol is excellent. Thank you for the room and service upgrade. The staff is very friendly. The beach is stunning with its own sandy shore - the sand is so soft, it’s rare to find anything like it. The animation team is wonderful. We enjoyed everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were of amazing standard. The location is perfect, with many different shops and markets nearby, and just a short walking distance to several beautiful beaches in Ulqin and also very close walk to the charming Old Town. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We were always attended to promptly whenever we needed anything. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. We felt so happy and relaxed here. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ulqin!

the location was great and the rooms were spacious and very clean. the breakfast was very abounded and tasty. the staff was friendly and professional. overall i would suggest a stay there and would go back again :)

Very kind hosts that were available all the time in case of need. The price we paid for 5 nights was worth only the view we got for those money, and we moreover got 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom in addition. The wi-fi was good, we didn`t use TV (think it was not functioning but that was not disturbing us) nor air-conditions as it was not necessary.
