It was clean and so comfy the location was perfect!

Even though there were problems with the room when we arrived, the friendly and cooperative staff helped us solved all of them.

What a beautiful property among the 500 year old olive trees! The cabins were basic but comfortable with air con and very nice bathrooms, but the grounds, views and pool were spectacular! Breakfast was also excellent.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at this place. Staff is nice and kind and breakfast was very good.

Perfect service, very professional and friendly staff, the restaurant is excellent, the food is perfect. Every detail is perfectly arranged, from the interior, the garden, the pool to the restaurant and the rooms.

The rooms are big, city center is near, so you can walk and they have a garage which is greate.

The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to both the center of Ulcinj and the beautiful Velika Plaža beach, making it perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the beach. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ulcinj. We will definitely be back again!

It was great location near beach and apartment was new and very clean. Host was very kind and helpfull.

Really nice location with a very beautiful restaurant/bar on the roof, there's a bit of walking until the beach, but no problem if you got a car, plenty of spots to choose from when it comes to which beach you wanna go to.

We were accommodated at very short notice, which was great. The location is fantastic, set back off a main street but not particularly noisy. Good sized room with its own balcony. The shared kitchen and bathroom were clean, and the washing machine was very useful.

Great value for money! Everything was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There was even a fan in the room, which was a nice touch. The location is great, both the old town and the beach are only about a 6 minute walk away. The hostel also has a kitchen and a washing machine, making it a good option for long-term travelers. Kevin, the host, is very friendly and speaks excellent English. We had some really interesting conversations and a great time during my stay. I enjoyed it so much that I even extended my stay for another night. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and tidy apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen with dining area. It is located on a street next to a very busy central with many restaurants, shops and a market. But it was quiet inside, the noise from the street did not interfere even on the spacious terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioners in both bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Friendly owners helped in everything. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartments. You can choose a shallow one for children and a wild one for diving, or a beach with restaurants serving delicious food and drinks. We would definitely like to come back.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Our host Mahbub was very attentive and lovely,located strong in the city center , and still quite.The closest beach and promenade are 5 minutes by foot.Definitely recommend!
