Absolutely loved our stay with Teresa, we had the best time. Teresa is a very warm hearted, caring host who cooks the best and freshest meals with ingredients from her beautiful garden. It felt like staying in paradise. She greatly helped us organize scooters and it’s a great location to explore the island. We were very sad to leave, and cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a very peaceful place. Nice view and patio for working or relaxing with laptop or a book. Private access to a tranquil but small beach facing West. The dorm room is clean and well organized with 10 beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there are mango trees producing fruit ;)

I loved my stay. I booked it because the best sunset on the island is supposed to be in this area, and the place has an amazing view. Located way up a long hill, it was perfect. Otherwise my room was great. Clean and comfortable, no complaints. Wifi was a bit of a struggle, especially in my room, and even in the common restaurant area, but I think that's to be expected on Ometepe. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got my transportation back to Moyogalpa and from San Jorge back to Granada with their help.
