Accommodation in Ballstad

We booked a design room and were very pleased about that nice room. Such a great experience. We enjoyed very comfy bed and a great bathroom. We ate dinner at the restaurant below which was delicious as the breakfast next morning

Soul in the walls. Felt safe, cozy and in harmony surrounded by beautiful scenery, historic walls and lovely people.

A nice play to stay over the night!

We like everything. The couple who run the hotel is absolutely lovely. The room was perfect and with a marvelous view of the bay. The sauna was amazing, and the dinner at the restaurant was also perfect. Good food, good presentation, good wine, and after dinner, we enjoy a traditional drink at the bar. Norway is an expensive country, but the quality of the services here makes it feel we paid a great price for such a good quality service.

Thank you for 9 wonderful days! Even though the weather wasn't always nice and I'm quite sure I was close to being blown into the Fjord by the wind, your hostel really made up for it! And your hospitality did too :) it was great staying there and I even got to see the Aurora dancing in the sky at the end, right above the hostel! The Hostel was clean, organised, close to bus connections going to Leknes and from there onward across the Lofoten and there are multiple hiking trails starting around the area of the hostel. I enjoyed the authentic surroundings with Tørrfisk drying on the racks directly next to the hostel and the Fisher boats right in front of my window. If you're lucky, it's possible to buy both fresh fish and Tørrfisk directly from the fiskeriet close to the hostel. A vacation I'll never forget! Greetings, Sarah

A small, brand-new, modern studio apartment featuring a room that combines a fully equipped kitchen with a sleeping area—while not a separate bedroom, it works very well—and a great bathroom with underfloor heating. The view is lovely; although it isn't a sweeping, unobstructed panorama of the sea or mountains, you can catch glimpses of both.

A large house good for a big family or a group of friends. The owner was very kind and helpful. The house has everything we needed (except a microwave which we were missing). The area was nice and calm. We had a great time!

Loved the location, beautiful scenery all around! The area we stayed in is the basement floor of the house, which is very spacious and still felt private. Everything was clean, and the hosts were very friendly and accomodating.

Spotless clean. Shared living with kitchen was a great plus. It allowed us to have dinner on a snowy evening, and saved having to dine out in the snowfall. Comfortable matresses with warm duvet !

The location of this accommodation is absolutely beautiful.
