The rooms, the staff, the food and the quiet surroundings of this place truly made my stay unforgettable. It’s a bit further away from the activities near Chitwan National Park, but that did not matter, because the reception is happy to help you book the tours and transport. They even managed to make my bus stop at the hotel itself so I didn’t need to stop anywhere else. Very attentive!

Beautiful setting, very helpful staff

The breakfast was a culinary delight--anything and everything you could possibly want to start the day. Whether you are vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, or just regular eggs--fixed any way you like, sausage, toast, juice, coffee/tea, it was delicious, the service great, and the presentation lovely. Staff was always smiling, polite, and helpful. Breakfast, lunch, dinner--you cannot improve on perfection. Every care has been taken to delight your senses. Trees, plants, flowers all chosen to attract birds and butterflies. The other morning over 80 species of birds were spotted on the grounds. The swimming pool is gorgeous, with multiple layers of deck all with comfortable seating, lounge chairs, and tables for your comfort and enjoyment. Dining may be inside or out as you refer. At night there is a lovely area and seating for a bonfire. Local crafts, building materials, and architecture are reflected throughout Banbas. The jungle is just across the street. A cacophony of beautiful birdsong greets you morning and evening. Such a gorgeous place to relax and get rejuvenated. I did not want to leave! On your standard 5-star rating scale, Banbas is definitely a 10-star resort.

A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. The rooms were clean, and cozy, and offered a peaceful connection to nature. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a serene escape! 10/10!

Nice family hotel, owner very warm and helpful, help me book the national park tour and bus to my next destination. The safari from the hotel is highly recommend as they have highly skilled and knowledgeable guide. I prefer and recommend to everyone to book the safari directly here as it's very easy and safe and also have a memorable experiences. Room clean comfortable, I have a very good sleep for 2 nights stay. Food in the hotel is so tasty and delicious I recommend to eat here to stay safe food eating during your stay in Chitwan. They do not offer elephant safari this is also good and honest thing of this hotel. Do not worry for organizing the safari in advance once you arrive there is a handsome and helpful guy name Suraj the main person of the hotel who is very energetic and kind he will assist you to give you all the safari plan of your choice with no pressure. They always tell you what you makes happy makes them happy too. They believe on your happiness is our happiness so I can surely say staying at Hotel National Park Sauraha will be the best park to the people who are looking for a quite, calm, family environment. Everything. The family is the most genuine, kind and enthusiastic you could never meet. Each member is a ray of light. Vishnu is extremely passionate about his work and it was awesome to go trekking with him. I believe it's not only about the experience itself but mainly about who you share it with and we are very grateful to have done it with him. Saru cooks delicious meals and is very flexible and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright. The bed is comfy and you can sleep like a baby. The place is very peaceful and we loved the surroundings. The family puts a lot of effort into having a pleasant environment where life is more than enjoyable and it makes a difference.

Jungle villa resort felt like home to me as well as it is best place to escape from busy life and enjoy time with yourself. Great place to connect with nature and enjoy the mesmerizing view while listening to the sound of wild birds and calm river. All the staff are very respectful, friendly and welcoming to guests. Foods are delicious to eat. Great view from the window and bathroom 😌❤️ Ambiance is beautiful, beautiful flowers on the garden during spring season. I had amazing experience during jungle safari and lucky enough to spot a tiger. Keeping unforgettable memories with myself. Thank-you jungle villa for warm welcoming, fun nights during new year eve. I am very much grateful for my stay there. I will definitely visit again soon.
