This was my second stay. I have reviewed it before also. This time I am increasing the rating from 9 to 10 - mainly for the kitchen staff that kindly acknowledged my request (no salt due to rituals), gave me options and prepared me some items. This meant a lot to me for this customized service and I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond.

We traveled as a group of four friends and had an incredible stay at Thrive Hotel! The location is perfect—within walking distance of Thamel. The staff and manager are extremely helpful and friendly; everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel special. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, bar, and spa services. Additionally, the hotel assisted us in organizing trips, tickets, and taxis at preferential rates, including private drivers, tourist guides, and mountain flights.
