The property had everything that I needed. Great shower and bathroom. Cosy bed, TV lounge and well stocked kitchenette. We sat outside and had takeaway I the garden which was pleasant.

Owners (Mike and Pen) were amazing; couldn't have been more helpful. They offered their car park to us for the next two days while we went to Stewart Island to save us ferry terminal parking fees. They kept a bag for us. They offered their (closed) dining room to us to eat our takeaway dinner in and again for our own (brought-in) breakfast even though they did their own charged-for breakfast. All of the foregoing with no request for payment. Room and bed warm and comfortable. Guest fridge available.

Great place to stay if exploring Bluff. Comfy bed and great views of the harbour area. 20min walk to the lands end landmark and lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. Bonus was the washing machine and dryer.
