GermanyThis was the nicest appartment we had during our 6 weeks on the North Island. Miranda and Nick are superb hosts with their refreshing British humour and great hospitality. They invited us for a glas of wine on the patio and we learned quite a few things about New Zealand and got suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment has all we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a barbecue near the pool. We took some fresh thyme and rosemary from the garden. A full breakfast was in the fridge: fresh fruit, bread and butter, yoghurt, marmalade, orange juice and eggs.
Wish we knew before how nice this place is, we would spent more than only two nights there.

Czech RepublicIt's a family vineyard with one B&B unit. The room was very well furnished and nicely decorated, true cottage-core experiencr. The breakfast was already prepared in our room and fridge, so in the morning we could have it whenever we wanted.
For the evening we ordered (at least day ahead) the wine tasting and the Le Grá Tasting platter, which was amazing, both wine and food, and we enjoyed that while watching beautiful sunset from the terrace of our accomodation. Definitely the best accomodation from the 8 have stayed in. Wines and preserved are also available for buying.
The owners are chatty and happy to share information about wine-making if interested.

United KingdomA wonderful stay on Hayley's family farm - the photos don't do it justice! The Old Shepherd is a beautifully private and tucked away cottage, in a large field on her farm with no-one else around. It has a wonderful view of the mountains and the setting is just beautiful. Incredibly peaceful, with the firepit under the stars a highlight! It had everything you need, and the ice box and library were a lovely touch. A perfect weekend away in nature with nothing but birdsong, sheep and stars. Hayley was great, we can't recommend booking here enough!

New ZealandWell appointed lovely big rooms, easy to find on outskirts of town but not too far away. Sandy was lovely to chat to and went out of her way to offer to return some pills I’d left behind. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there.

I needed self-contained accommodation at short notice and booked Olivista. It fitted the bill and I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast provided in the morning.

Our stay at Le Gra was fabulous. The accommodation is upstairs and has wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards. The interior furnishings are lovely , modern and comfortable. We were provided with breakfast necessities and wine available from the owners vineyard. The accommodation is down a private drive so very quiet and private. The hosts are very welcoming and approachable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Location is the only good thing going for this place. Place is in disgusting state. Seem to think we all happy to share with homeless.....who were supposedly "on holiday"..... don't think so.......crap place to stay.......
