Place was clean including kitchen, common area and bathroom. There was a heater available which was good for the cold nights in Puno and hot water in the shower. Giovanni was friendly and helpful and made sure I got what I needed, like keeping my bag there after checking out. Breakfast was simple of bread, butter and jam with coffee/tea. Location is also good, located close to the main square.

Incredible people that would organize so much for you. Very good food, transportation and they also arranged for us to join an island tour. The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

Raúl and his family are amazing! Such great hosts! The room was comfortable and clean and they went out of the way to make sure we were warm and cozy…heater in the room, hot water for tea, hot water bottles to warm the beds, and tons of blankets. They transported us wherever we needed to go and made arrangements for our tour to Taquile. The food was yummy and the bed was comfortable. We even had a shower with hot water! I would highly recommend them for a stay on Uros!

Absolutely gorgeous space with unforgettable views. Nice home-cooked meals, very comfortable bed, you can borrow a kayak, great guided tour to learn all about how this unique village works. We loved our time here and could have spent much more than one night. Very kind and helpful family. Highly recommend!

The room was exceptional. The host and his family went out of the way to meet our needs. Whatever we requested he was happy to oblige I would definitely recommend this place, staying there on lake Titicaca was an experience of a lifetime that was made sweeter in this beautiful accommodations (it was the best one on the lake) with almost 360 degree view of the water

Wow! I'm so grateful to have spent time in this beautiful place with an amazing family. If you want to see the Uros please do NOT book a tour book night here with Leonardo and Lina instead. There are such lovely people and offer tours themselves so you can discover their culture in a more private way and the money goes directly to a Uros family. We went on a kayak tour and were able to discover the whole village ourselves at our own pace which was great. The room was really comfortable, the view amazing and the food tasty. Lina, Leonardo and their children are great people happy to share about their culture. I feel really privileged to have spent time with them. One thing to note is that they live off grid, you only have USB ports in the room, the water pressure is low and it's a dry toilet. But they have managed to make it really comfortable anyway. We were surprised to even have hot water when we didn't have any in a hotel in town.

I have rarely met such welcoming people. They leave hard lives, but are doing everything is possible to please their guests. Transfer was perfectly organized, food was simple but very tasty, room big, nicely decorated and heated, which is not always the case for Uros accommodations. The Uros islands tour is included and is very educative. Thanks Cezar for the incredible experience! We will never forget it!

The family run business. It was so personal, flexible and lovely to contribute to a local family who live next door. They are also very open to your needs - we wanted to relax after a manic holiday, but they offered several activities if you did want to entertain yourself. Huan picked us up in his boat, took us around and ensured we ate whenever we wanted to. A very beautiful stay!!

I stayed in another hotel for one night, the accomodations were quite rudimentary...so when I met some fellow travels who reccomend this hotel I decided to book a room. I was not disappointed! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms wer spotless, with plenty of clean linens and hot water. I had a very early bus and the staff packed me a delicious breakfast 'to go' as well! 10/10 hospitality experience!

This is the best accomodation on the Titicaca lake at local, nice people. Joel is very good guy, do everything best for you, possible and impossible as well😊 Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. I recommend!!!

Mama Lea and Papa Mario were very lovely and helped as much as they could! It was a very nice stay with a great accommodation and a super experience! they showed us around the islands and give us insights in their daily life! They took care of us at a very high level and supported us with goods that kept us warm during the night!

The room was exceptional. The host and his family went out of the way to meet our needs. Whatever we requested he was happy to oblige I would definitely recommend this place, staying there on lake Titicaca was an experience of a lifetime that was made sweeter in this beautiful accommodations (it was the best one on the lake) with almost 360 degree view of the water
